Terms of Use
The most important point: Olyvra counts days. It is not legal, tax or immigration advice, and it does not decide whether you are a tax resident or within a visa limit. Check anything that matters with the authority or a qualified professional.
1. Who and what
These terms are between you and Surfaced Tour Studio LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"), and cover the Olyvra app and its optional online backup. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two conflict on your rights to use the app, Apple's agreement prevails. By using the app, you accept these terms.
2. Not advice
Olyvra counts the days you spend in places, from the evidence on your iPhone and the rules you choose. Its rules are drafted from official sources linked with each rule. Laws, regulations and their interpretation change, differ between people, and depend on facts the app cannot see. Nothing in the app, its reports or its rules is legal, tax, immigration or financial advice, and using it does not create any professional relationship with us.
3. Accuracy is your responsibility
A count is only as good as its evidence. Location readings can be missing, late or wrong, especially near borders, at sea and in the air. Imports from photos, calendars, documents and other sources can be incomplete. You are responsible for checking your days and correcting them in the app. Official records, such as those kept by migration authorities, prevail over anything the app shows.
4. Purchases
Olyvra can be used free for 30 days, then unlocked with a one-time purchase through Apple. Apple handles payment and refunds under its own terms. Counting, detection, your entries, exports and backups stay available whether or not you buy.
5. Optional online backup
- The online backup is optional and needs Sign in with Apple.
- Your backup is encrypted with a recovery code that only you hold. If you lose the code, nobody, including us, can open the backup. Keep it safe.
- We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will always be. Keep other copies of your records, such as an iCloud backup or an export.
- We may change or end the online backup. If we end it, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app, so you can keep your records in another way.
- You can delete your online backup and account at any time in the app.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the app or the online backup to break the law, to interfere with or overload the service, or to try to reach data that isn't yours.
7. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the app and the online backup are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for taxes, penalties, fines, visa or immigration consequences, or decisions made based on the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that the law says can't be waived.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where the law of the country you live in gives you protections that can't be set aside by agreement.

Estos términos son entre tú y Surfaced Tour Studio LLC, una sociedad de responsabilidad limitada de Florida ("nosotros"), y cubren la app Olyvra y su copia en línea opcional. También aplica el Acuerdo de licencia de usuario final de aplicaciones con licencia de Apple. Si ambos se contradicen sobre tu derecho a usar la app, prevalece el acuerdo de Apple. Al usar la app, aceptas estos términos.
2. No es asesoría
Olyvra cuenta los días que pasas en cada lugar, a partir de la evidencia de tu iPhone y de las reglas que eliges. Sus reglas se redactan a partir de las fuentes oficiales enlazadas en cada una. Las leyes, los reglamentos y su interpretación cambian, varían según la persona y dependen de hechos que la app no puede ver. Nada en la app, sus informes o sus reglas es asesoría legal, tributaria, migratoria ni financiera, y usarla no crea ninguna relación profesional con nosotros.
3. La exactitud es tu responsabilidad
Un conteo solo es tan bueno como su evidencia. Las lecturas de ubicación pueden faltar, llegar tarde o ser erróneas, sobre todo cerca de fronteras, en el mar y en el aire. Las importaciones de fotos, calendarios, documentos y otras fuentes pueden estar incompletas. Eres responsable de revisar tus días y corregirlos en la app. Los registros oficiales, como los de las autoridades migratorias, prevalecen sobre lo que muestre la app.
4. Compras
Olyvra se puede usar gratis durante 30 días y luego desbloquear con una compra única a través de Apple. Apple gestiona el pago y los reembolsos según sus propios términos. El conteo, la detección, tus registros, las exportaciones y las copias siguen disponibles compres o no.
5. Copia en línea opcional
- La copia en línea es opcional y requiere Iniciar sesión con Apple.
- Tu copia se cifra con un código de recuperación que solo tú tienes. Si pierdes el código, nadie, ni siquiera nosotros, puede abrir la copia. Guárdalo bien.
- Procuramos mantener el servicio disponible, pero no garantizamos que siempre lo esté. Conserva otras copias de tus registros, como una copia en iCloud o una exportación.
- Podemos cambiar o terminar la copia en línea. Si la terminamos, avisaremos en la app con al menos 30 días de antelación, para que puedas conservar tus registros de otra forma.
- Puedes eliminar tu copia en línea y tu cuenta en cualquier momento en la app.
6. Uso aceptable
No uses la app ni la copia en línea para infringir la ley, interferir con el servicio o sobrecargarlo, ni para intentar acceder a datos que no son tuyos.
7. Sin garantía
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, la app y la copia en línea se ofrecen "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, incluidas la exactitud, la idoneidad para un fin determinado o la disponibilidad ininterrumpida.
8. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables de pérdidas indirectas, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes, ni de impuestos, sanciones, multas, consecuencias migratorias o de visa, ni de decisiones tomadas con base en la app. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamo se limita al monto que pagaste por la app. Algunos lugares no permiten estos límites, así que pueden no aplicarse del todo a ti, y nada aquí limita los derechos que tienes como consumidor y que la ley no permite renunciar.
9. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. Actualizaremos la fecha de arriba y, si el cambio es importante, te lo diremos en la app. Si sigues usando la app después de un cambio, se aplican los nuevos términos.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, Estados Unidos, salvo cuando la ley del país donde vives te dé protecciones que no se pueden dejar sin efecto por acuerdo.
